or charges created out of the Colony and comprising
solely property situated out of the Colony. In this
proviso a period of twenty-one days is twice mentioned, and if the sub-section is to be brought into harmorry with 95(1) apparently a period of five wecks should bo substituted for twenty-one days in each caso. Twenty- one days is the period mentioned in the Imperial Act, and in 95(1) an alteration has been made from twenty-one
days to five wooks, but the necessary alteration in the
proviso has inadvertently been asitted.
Clause 103(3). This requires consideration in conjunction
with Clause 31.
Clause 113.
There are several suggestions in the margin.
The only one to which any attention need be called is in sub-section (4), viz, the insertion of the words "such
person and to*. It would moes sufficient to send notics
to the retiring auditor.
Clause 117. This requires consideration in conjunction
with Clsuse 31.
Clause 121(1). In the last line but three, after the word
"creditors", the words "or class of creditors* som to
have been mitted inadvertently.
Cleusa 124(3). The words "to contribute" seam to have been
